Amazon Connect is a self-service, cloud-based contact center service that makes it easy for any business to deliver better customer service at lower cost.
Like contact center infrastructure that an enterprise would set up and manage on premises, Amazon Connect enables customer service representatives to respond to phone calls or chat inquiries — via a chatbot — from their end customers.
